摘    要:建立了混流式粮食烘干塔动态热力模型,利用实际运行记录验证了该模型的正确性;详细分析了影响烘干塔出口粮食水分的关键因素,指出热风温度和原粮水分的变化影响较大,而环境温度和原粮温度则影响较小。建立的粮食烘干过程信号系统优化模型为烘干塔的自动控制奠定了基础。

Abstract:Analyzing the thermodynamic model and optimizing the signal system serve as the base of the grain dryer control. A thermodynamic model of a mixed-flow grain dryer has been developed and validated by practice records. On the basis of this model, the influence of hot air temperature and volume,the initial temperature and moisture content of grain have been valued in detail. Key factors which weigh heavily to the outlet grain moisture content are presented and an optimal signal model of grain drying process has been proposed.
