对铬鞣过程的重新认识

铬鞣在全球范围内早已得到了成功的应用，人们对铬鞣的使用已很熟悉，对铬鞣过程也能容易地控制，对铬鞣的研究和对铬鞣过程的认识也达到了相当的高度。但如果利用目前的一些新的研究手段进行进一步的研究，站在新的角度和更高的水平对铬鞣过程进行重新分析和认识，会发现以前的一些认识包括一些过去对铬鞣过程阐述的文献中存在着一些不合理和不尽完善的地方，因此有必要对铬鞣过程中的传统观念进行重新认识，来进一步完善铬鞣理论。

Some commonly understood and generally accepted aspects of the chrome tanning reaction are analysed,with a view to correcting misapprehensions.They are:chromium(Ⅲ)as a solo tannage,the role of sulphate in the chrome tanning mechanism,the size and shape of the chrome species,basicity of bound chrome,crosslinking,reaction sites on collagen,the roles of Ph and temperature,reactivity at high basicity,the role of ethanolamine,the masking reaction,multidentate masking,the roles of masking agents,the stability of chrome tanned leather,semi chrome leather.
