| 摘 要： | 分析了我国艾滋病防治法规与政策制度方面存在的问题。建议由全国人大组织制定艾滋病防治法,突破传统的惯性思维,从法律方面保证城乡卫生资源平等分配,鼓励和支持民间组织在艾滋病防治等领域充分发挥作用。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the problems existing in China's law and policies regarding the prevention and treatment of AIDS.It is suggested that the National People's Congress make the law of AIDS prevention and treatment.The equal allocation of medical resources between cities and countryside should be carried out.The non-governmental organizations should be encouraged and supported to work for the prevention and treatment of AIDS. |
