湖南某白钨矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:采用"优先浮硫-白钨常温粗选-钨粗精矿加温精选"的工艺流程及"碳酸钠-水玻璃-F9"组合药剂制度,对含钨(WO3)0.39%、其中白钨矿占有率为85%左右的原矿,取得了钨精矿品位(WO3)67.35%、回收率(WO3)80.09%的选矿技术指标。

Abstract:The technological flow-sheet of "selective flotation of sulfide minerals + flotation of scheelite at normal temperature + cleaning of scheelite by heating flotation'and the combination reagent system of "sodium carbonatesodium silicate-F9"were adopted in processing raw tungsten ore containing WO3 0.39 % in which scheelite accounted about 85 %. The results showed that seheelite can be effectively recovered and satisfactory technical indexes of mineral processing can be attained with WO3 concentrate 67.35 % and WO3 recovery rate 80.09%.
