摘    要:红外光谱(IR)的研究表明,聚对苯二甲陵乙二醇酯/聚四溴双酚A苯基亚磷酸酯(PET/PTBPi)有一定的溶混性。PTBPi对聚酯有良好的热稳定性作用和良好的阻燃效果(限氧指数值LOI=27.1,添加量为10%,wt)。普通聚酯和阻燃聚酯的热氧化隆解基本上符合一级反应规律。不同阻燃元素之间的组合,会产生不同程度的阻燃效果。

Abstract:The studies of infrared spectrogram (IR) show that the blend of polythylenc terephalate/polytetrabromobisphenol a phenyl phosphite (PET/PTBPi) has certain miscibility.The latter had good thermal stability and flame retardant elect to the former (the limiting oxygen index (LOI) is up to 27.1 when the ads-on level is 10%,wt).The com- bination of the different flame retardant elements brings about the retardant effect to dif- ferent extents.The thermal oxidative degradation behaviors of common polycster and flame retaidant polyester basically follow the first order reaction law.
