| 摘 要： | 分析了现在电力渊度系统中使用的记录系统的缺点；提出了基于IP网络技术、数据库技术的新一代数字记录解决方案。该方案解决现在记录系统存在的问题，而且还能适应现代电力调度通信更新与发展的需求。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the disadvantage of record system used at present in power system dispatching, and presents a new generation digital record scheme with a video card based on IP network and database technology. It not only solves the problems in the present record system, but also keeps up with the renovation and development of modern power dispatching and communication system. |
