| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种汽车发电机定子铁心采用冲制成齿形的铁心带料,经卷曲盘绕叠合成型的高效节能新工艺,可以大大提高材料的利用率.为了提高绕嵌功效,还介绍了定子绕组的绕线和推入式嵌线组合机的工作原理,与传统的绕嵌相比具有突出的优点.

| Abstract: | Introduce a new method of processing sta- tor for automotive alternators,in which the belt material is punched in tooth form,gone around and overlaid.The new efficient technology economizes on energy,and in- creases coefficieney of utilization of material.To improve efficiency of winding and inlay,this paper introduces the machine designed for integration of stator winding and inlay as well as its basic working principle other than that of traditional one.The machine has more advantages. |
