盐藻培养基的优化研究

摘    要:本文利用生物量和TTC为检测指标,从四种盐藻培养基中筛选了一种较适和盐藻(Dunaliellasalina)生长的培养基,并对该培养基的N、P、Fe和NaCl组成进行了单因素和正交优化,使藻的生物量提高了1.2倍,为从盐藻中获取生物活性物质提供了原料。

Abstract:The culture medium for Dunaliella salina Teodoresce from 4 kinds of Dunaliella salina culture medium was selected,with biomass and Trc as determining parameters, the concentration of N, P, Fe and NaCI in this medium was optimized by orthogonal and single factor test. The results showed that the biomass ofDunaliella salina increased by 1.2 times, providing raw material for its activity substance.
