工程陶瓷材料维氏硬度测定及分析

摘    要:本文通过对五种常用工程陶瓷材料维氏硬度的测定及分析,探讨了陶瓷材料硬度测试过程中的一些规律,如硬度与载荷之间的依赖关系,测量误差与载荷之间的关系,硬度值大小与显微组织之间的关系等.通过在电镜下对压痕形貌的观察及根据断裂力学的一些观点,提出了一个新的陶瓷材料维氏压痕模型,而且利用此模型解释了由于压痕尺寸变化而造成的硬度值与载荷之间的依赖关系,并把这种关系近似表示成为一个简单的经验公式.

Abstract:The paper studies some regularities in the measuring process of the ceramic hardness by measuring and analysing the vickers hardness in five kinds of engineering ceramics in common use, such as, the relationship between the hardness and the load, the error of hardness and the load, and the hardness value and the micro-construction. In this paper, we provide a new vickers indentation model of ceramic materials by the observation of the indentation under electron microscopes and some viewpoints on the fracture mechanics. Using the model we can explain the dependent relationship between the load and the hardness which is caused by the change of the indentation size. The relationship can be expressed as the experiential formula of HV=C/P~x approximately.
