小型通用汽油机排放控制的研究

摘    要:针对168F发动机,通过控制化油器质量、改进化油器结构和优化空燃比,降低了CO、HC排放;为达到EPA第二阶段更高排放标准,还进行了加装催化转换器试验。试验结果表明:以较小的成本可控制小汽油机的HC+NOx和CO排放。

Abstract:In order to reduce the exhaust emission, some methods such as controlling the carburetor quality, improving the carburetor construction; optimizing the air-fuel ratio and the catalytic converter were used in the model F168 engine. The test results indicate that the combustion of above methods is more economical controlling emission technology available for reducing exhaust emission of CO, HC and NOx at the same time.
