ZrO_2纤维-ZrO_2微粉-Si_3N_4基陶瓷复合材料的研究

摘    要:采用高速搅拌、超声分散的湿法混合工艺制备出无规则取向ZrO2短纤维热压Si3N1陶瓷复合材料。对复合材料的强度及韧性进行了研究,采用TEM技术对材料的微观结构进行了分析。

Abstract:Non-orientated short ZrO2 fiber-ZrO2 powder-reinforced Hp silicon nitride ceram-ic material was investigated by high sPeed blend, ultrasonic disperse and Hp sintering processes.Bending strength and fracture toughness of the composite were studied,and the microstructure of the composite was researched by TEM techniques.
