| 摘 要： | 产学结合既是现代经济和社会发展对高职教育提出的要求，又是高职教育培养具有创新性精神和实践能力的应用型、技能型人才的要求。通过无机非金属材料工程技术专业建设中学校和企业共同制订人才培养方案、校企合作进行实训基地建设和师资队伍建设、学校为企业提供员工培训和鉴定、校企共同研发新产品、学校为企业提供技术服务等产学多方面合作进行了积极的思考和有益的探索。

| Abstract: | Integration of industry, learning and research is the demand of modern economy and social development to higher vocational education, and the demand of higher vocational education to train personnel with innovative and practical ability. With the specialty of Inorganic Non - metallic Materials Engineering and Technology as the example, positive thinking and useful exploration were made through such aspects as training plan drew out both by college and enterprise, construction of training base and teaching staff by college - enterprise liaison system, staff training and appraisal for enterprise by college, research and development by college and enterprise and college offering technology to enterprise. |
