| 摘 要： | 掘进机的截齿与截割头的连接采用焊接形式,焊接工艺比较复杂。采用Solidworks建立掘进头与截齿座的连接模型,Cosmosworks有限元分析的方法,对截齿工作时的应力分布进行分析,找出应力分布的规律,并据此对焊接工艺进行针对性的改进,可以有效地提高焊接质量。

| Abstract: | The connect form of cutting tooth and cutting header is welding, welding technics is complex. Solidworks establishing the model of the cutting head is used, and doing analysis static the finite element by using Cosmosworks. Through stress nephograrn we will find the rule of the stress distributing and modify the welding technics. Through it we can imitative welding quality effectively. |
