| 摘 要： | 抽水蓄能电站在我国起步时间不长,但发展的势头较快。在当前电力体制改革的关键时期,应该对抽水蓄能电站所作出的贡献进行正确的评价,给予合理的回报。通过对沙河抽水蓄能电站运营实践的探索,认为电网租赁或实行两部制电价是当前市场环境下抽水蓄能电站比较适合的经营（电价）模式。

| Abstract: | The pumped-storage power station in China is just the beginning but its development is rapid. At the key time of power system reform, we should make a right evaluation for the contributions of pumped-storage power station and give it a proper return. Through the exploration on the operation practice of Shahe Pumped-storage Power Station, we consider that electric network leasing or two-pace power price is the proper operation model at the current market conditions. |
