火星探测试验装置动态数据记录分析系统设计

摘    要:火星探测试验装置动态数据记录系统是相关试验验证过程的重要动力学性能的测试系统。系统基于LabVIEW图形化编程和CRIO软硬件平台,主要是对火星探测装置缓冲过程中振动冲击过载和结构动态应力的各项动态数据进行采集记录和时频分析。对该软件的设计进行了详细的框架描述,主要包括数据采集板卡与传感器,整体软件的设计及各功能模块的实现。

Abstract:The DAQ(data acquisition)record system of Omni-directional-type airbag landing device is an import measure-ment system in the dynamics test.The system is based on LabVIEW graphical programming language and CRIO device. In Omni-directional-type airbag landing,dynamic stress and acceleration of shock and vibration are acquired and analyzed in time and frequency domain.The design and implementation of DAQ(data acquisition)record system are described in detail in this paper,including DAQ boards,sensors,the design of whole software and the realization of functional mod-ules.
