基于PXI总线的矩阵开关模块设计

摘    要:针对现有通用性自动测试系统中矩阵开关体积大、性价比低、可靠性以及通用性差等问题,设计了一种基于PXI总线的继电器矩阵开关模块.该矩阵开关模块采用FPGA实现核心控制逻辑,采用Altera公司提供的基于SOPC Builder的IP核实现PXI总线接口逻辑,该设计不仅节省了电路板的面积,还省去了购买接口芯片的费用.利用NI公司的LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器软件编写驱动程序以及仪器软面板设计,该设计不仅集成度高、人机界面友好,还使得调试方便.该矩阵开关已得以实现,具有占用空间小、成本低、通用性强等特点,可广泛应用于基于PXI总线的通用性自动测试系统中.

Abstract:Existing PXI bus matrix switch module in the universal automatic test system has a large size,low performanceprice ratio and poor reliability and versatility.To solve these problems,we design a PXI bus matrix switch module,employing FPGA as the central control logic unit.We use Altera SOPC builder PCI IP core primitive to generate the PXI bus interface logic.This design not only saves the area of the circuit board,but also saves the cost of buying interface chip.PXI bus matrix switch module device driver and instrument panel is developed by National Instruments LabWindows/CVI.This design is not only high integration,friendly man-machine interface,but also makes debugging convenient.The matrix switch module has been implemented,with features like small size,low cost,high universality and so on,and this module can be widely used in the universal automatic test system based on PXI bus.
