摘    要:针对目前恶劣天气(大雨、大雾、强光环境)以及有阻挡物使汽车驾驶员无法准确观察和判断交通信号灯的问题,设计了一种通过无线收发信号的方式将路口与交通信号灯工况引入驾驶室,以语音及图像显示形式传递给驾驶员的系统.通过路口类别、信号灯工况、GPS地理信息坐标等并对其编码图形化的车载信号灯显示系统设计方案,能有效地降低路口交通事故发生率,并为路口信号灯自适应管理和路网车流统计、分析、管理提供支持.

Abstract:To solve these problems that inclement weather(such as rain,fog,bright light environment) and the obstacles blocking make the car driver not to observe accurately and judge the traffic lights,a method which through a wireless transceiver to get signal is designed.The method introduces junctions as well as traffic lights working conditions into the cab,and provides the driver's system with voice and image.Through the vehicle-mounted lights display system which makes the junctions category,the lights working conditions,GPS geographic information coordinates coded and graphical,traffic accident rate can be effectively reduced.It can also support junction lights adaptive management and network traffic statistics,analysis and management.
