摘    要:通过对高速混床失效树脂送至精处理再生系统时存在输送不尽的原因分析,发现双流速水帽结构存在缺陷.经过理论计算,验证了实际失效树脂送出率为95.4%,低于要求超过99.9%的设计值.技改后的双流速水帽导流环,采用硬质聚四氟乙烯材质,由车床精确控制正反面的凹槽深度,以确保新水帽就位后的导流环各间隙保持一致及进气均匀,有效解决了失效树脂输送不尽的问题.

Abstract:The paper analyzed the causes of conveying ineffective resin incompletely from high-speed mixed bed to the polishing regeneration system, and discovered that the structure of dual-flow water-cap existed defects. Through theoretical calculating, it verified that the actual percentage of ineffective resin dending-out was 95.4, lower than the design value 99.9. The deflector ring of dual-flow water-cap improved by adopting hard PTFE. The groove depth on the two sides of the deflector ring was controlled precisely by the lathe. It eiasured that the gap of the deflector ring in the new water-cap become consistent, so gas intake became con- sistent, and then solved the problem of conveying ineffective resin incompletely. .
