紫金山低品位铜矿生物堆浸模拟研究

摘    要:对紫金山低品位铜矿进行生物堆浸模拟试验。结果表明,起始喷淋液全铁浓度4.0g/L、矿石粒度-10mm,浸出周期为181天时,铜浸出率达到80%以上。片碱调节喷淋液pH沉矾除铁,采用不同喷淋制度抑制酸铁浸出是低品位铜矿生物堆浸未来重要研究方向。

Abstract:Zijinshan low-grade copper ore was simulation tested by biological heap leaching. The results show that copper leaching rate is 80% above under the optimum conditions including total iron concentration of initial spray solution of 4.0 g/L, particle size of -10 mm, and leaching duration of 181 days. Key focus should be paid on adjusting pH value of spray solution with sodium hydroxide to remove iron and inhibiting leaching of iron by different spray process for biological heap leaching of low-grade copper ore.
