用Access数据库编制松弛试验报告

摘    要:传统的松弛率计算方法难以满足客户新的要求。采用Access软件对松弛率进行计算,数据来源主要有项目要求、试样属性、检测计划和检测记录。按照标准,试验时间为120 h或1 000 h,对1 000 h及以上的应力松弛值可以用不少于120 h的松弛试验值进行外推。给出推算流程图和计算程序,选择指定的记录计算时间和松弛率对数值,对回归系数r和一次项系数b、常数a进行计算。用Access开发的预应力钢绞线松弛报告可以减少计算工作量,自动化和标准化程度较高,通过结构化的查询方式可以计算所需的数据,比较不同材料或不同工艺下的松弛率波动水平。

Abstract:Traditional relaxation rate can not meet new requirements of customer. The relaxation rate was calculated with Ac cess software, data sources were mainly project requirements, sample properties, test plan and test record. According to standard, test time is 120 h or 1 000 h, the stress relaxation value of 1 000 h or above can use the relation test value of no less than 120 h to extrapolate. The calculating flow chart and calculating procedure were given. The regression coefficient r, first degree coefficient b and constant a were calculated by selecting given report calculating time and relation rate logarithm value. The prestressed steel strand relaxation report developed with Access can reduce calculating workload, automation and standardization degree is high, the data required can be calculated with structural query way, and relaxation rate fluctuation level of different material and different process can be compared.
