各国规范铝合金轴压构件局部稳定设计方法对比

摘    要:目的研究各国规范中铝合金受压构件局部稳定性设计方法的异同,为铝合金受压构件设计提供依据.方法笔者对中国《铝合金结构设计规范》GB50429—2007、欧洲规范EN1999—1—1:2007、美国铝合金设计手册、澳大利亚/新西兰规范AS/NZS1664中受压构件局部稳定设计方法进行了对比分析,并通过有限元软件ANSYS验证各设计方法的准确性.结果对于中国规范、欧洲规范、美规和澳规,加劲板件局部屈曲承载力的计算结果比有限元计算结果高,分别高10%、11%、9%和6%;非加劲板件局部屈曲承载力计算结果比有限元计算结果低,分别低13%、13%、12%和15%.结论中国规范和欧规的设计方法基本一致,美规和澳规的计算方法基本一致;各规范中的设计方法会高估加劲板件的局部屈曲承载力,而低估非加劲板件的局部屈曲承载力.

Abstract:In order to study the difference of design methods in current codes and give reference to the design of aluminium alloy columns, comparison between Chinese (GB 50429-2007 ), European (EC9, EN 1999-1-1 : 2007 ), American ( Aluminum Design Manual) and Australia/New Zealand ( AS/NZS 1664 ) codes was made in this paper. Examples of aluminium alloy columns by ANSYS were also included to evaluate the accuracy of these design methods. The results show that, for reinforced plates, the results of GB, EC9, ADM and AS/ NZS are higher than ANSYS by 10%, 11% ,9% and 6% ,while for unreinforced ones,the results of these design codes are smaller than ANSYS by 13%, 13%, 12% and 15%. The design methods in GB and EC9 are basically the same, so are ADM and AS/NZS. All the four codes overestimate the ultimate loading ca- pacity of reinforced plates while underestimate unreinforced ones.
