多惯组同步测试系统设计

摘    要:为了满足不同惯组设备生产厂家对多个惯组进行测量的需求,并且满足惯组多种信号输出测量需求,设计了一种对于多路脉冲及串口输出数据的多模式测量系统。该测试系统以VC++6.0为编译平台,通过USB总线上传到工控机,既能对8个产品输出的8路脉冲数据进行接收处理,也能对4个产品输出的48路脉冲数据进行接收处理。上位机程序进行实时的处理、保存、显示和标定。与传统的测试系统相比,该系统将被测试产品数增加了1倍,同时把数据接收和标定放在统一处理界面下,提高了测试的效率,降低了测试的成本。

Abstract:In order to satisfy different groups used equipment manufacturers for multiple IMU measurement require- ments,and meet the demand of IMU signal output measurements,we design a measuring system for multi-channel pulse and serial output data model.The test system based on VC++ 6.0compiler platform,uploaded to the industrial PC, through USB bus can both for eight product output to receive 8-way pulse data processing,can also for four products to receive the output pulse of 48road data processing.PC program can realize real-time processing,storage,display and cali- bration.Compared with the traditional test system,the system will be to test the product number has doubled,at the same time the data receiving and calibration under the unified processing interface,improved the test efficiency,reduce the cost of the test.
