摘    要:为了研究微生物在不同流态下的生长情况,从而实现其在污水等环境问题处理中的应用,研制开发一种控制方便、搅拌效果好、能耗小,并且能够实时监测水质参数的监控系统具有重要意义.设计了一种基于ARM的水质监控系统,该系统通过两个步进电机分别控制内、外缸的转速和方向,实现混合溶液的智能搅拌,系统控制精确灵活、能耗小、且操作简便.另外,系统还具备pH值、溶解氧和温度等水质参数的监测功能.实验表明,该系统可操作性强、稳定性好,可实现转速的精确控制和水质参数的实时准确监测,为进一步探究微生物生长因素提供了便捷的设备基础.

Abstract:In order to research the growth of microbes under different flow state,and realize its application in the treatment of sewage and other environmental problems,a monitoring controller with good stirring effect,low energy consumption,and real time monitoring function of water quality parameters is developed.This system based on ARM can control the speed and direction of inner tube and outer cylinder by controlling two stepper motors,realize intelligent mixing,which controls precisely and flexibly,along with low energy consumption,and easy to operate.In addition,the system can monitor the temperature,pH and dissolved oxygen.The experiments show that the system has good operability and stability,precise control of speed and accurate monitoring of water quality parameters can be achieved,which provides a basis of convenient device to further explore the microbial growth factors.
