高纯度五氯化磷清洁生产工艺研究

摘    要:以三氯化磷和氯气为原料,采用等摩尔雾化方式给料,以气-气对流方式反应、阶段式控温、升华纯化的合成工艺,生产出高纯度五氯化磷,产品收率≥98%,产品质量分数≥99.5%。与传统工艺相比,产品收率提高了10%;五氯化磷质量分数提高了1.9%。生产过程无“三废”排放,实现了清洁生产和安全生产。

Abstract:The production technology of highly purified phosphorus pentachloride (PCl5) by the reaction of PCl3 with Cl2 has been improved,which under some reaction conditions includes novel equal molar spray feeding,gas-gas convection,stage temperature controlling,sublimation & purification (technique).The yield of PCl5 was more than 98% and the purity was higher than 99.5%.Compared with the traditional production process,the mass fraction of PCl5 increased by 1.9% and the yield improved by 10%.There were no waste water,exhausted gas and waste solid emission in the whole process,the clean and safety production of highly purified PCl5 could be realized.
