摘    要:模糊正交法是把正交试验结果模糊化,以模糊数学的理论和方法处理试验数据。与经典正交法相比,能在同样试验工作量的情况下获得更多的信息。应用模糊数学正交法,以模糊综合评价值作为目标函数,对制取棉秆皮纤维主要工序的工艺参数条件进行了优化,得到的优化条件是NaOH质量浓度12g/L,H2O2质量浓度17g/L,温度80℃,时间60min。

Abstract:The fuzzy orthogonal design is a method that the orthogonal results were fuzzed and then analyzed using fuzzy mathematical theory. The results declared that fuzzy analysis might estimate not only main effect of factors, but also possible optimal combination among factors. This is the superiority of fuzzy orthogonal design over conventional orthogonal design. With the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the objective function, main technological parameters of process in cotton-straw base fiber-making factory were optimized using fuzzy orthogonal design with the optimization condition alkaline density 12 g/L, hydrogen peroxide solution density 17 g/L, temperature 80℃, time 60 min.
