钢岔管展开图的数解法

摘    要:水利水电工程及其他工程中,经常使用钢岔管,岔管的展开是工程设计的一个重要课题。图解法展开岔管,若使用的比例小则误差较大,而数解法展开便于电算,快捷准确。推导出的主管及支管均为圆形管的岔管及主管为圆管、支管为圆锥管的圆岔管的展开公式已经在工程上应用,效果很好。

Abstract:The bifurcated steel pipe is usually used in t he hydro-engineering and other projects so that its developed surface is key to the design of project. When the graphic method is used to develop the bifurcated pipe, its error will be larger as the proportion is smaller. But when the mathematical solution method is used, it will be quick and accuracy by the computer. The derived developed formula have been used in the project and gained good effectiveness.
