从铅阳极泥中提取铟的工艺研究

摘    要:铟是铅锌冶炼副产物之一,世界上约90%的铟是从铅锌冶金工业副产物中回收的。随着工业的发展,铟的综合回收得到了广泛重视。试验研究了用硫酸从铅阳极泥中浸出铟,用碱中和浸出液,之后用锌粉、铁粉置换回收铟的工艺。工艺流程简单,铟回收率较高。

Abstract:Indium is one of the by-product from lead and zinc smelting process. In the world,about 90%of indium is recovered from lead and zinc metallurgical industry. Along with the industrial devel- opment, the comprehensive recovery of indium is extensive pay attention to. In this experiment,indium in the lead anode mud is leached, the leaching liquid is neutralized using alkali, then indium is displaced using zinc powder and recovered using iron powder. The craft process is simple, recovery rate of indium is higher.
