PET/纳米TiO2复合材料制备及其物理性能

摘    要:将改性后纳米TiO2在单体乙二醇(EG)中超声分散30min,并与对苯二甲酸(TPA)混合后放人反应釜中,采用先酯化后缩聚的工艺制备PET/纳米TiO2复合材料。用特性黏度、红外光谱、SEM和DSC分析PET及PET/纳米TiO2复合材料。结果表明,PET中加入纳米TiO2后,没有新的化学键形成,纳米TiO2与PET的相互作用主要是物理作用,其相对黏度及特性黏度都有所增加。纳米TiO2和分散剂PEG同时加入EG后用超声波分散,可以明显改善其分散性。纳米TiO2加入PET中起到了异相成核作用。PET/纳米TiO2复合体系只有TiO2含量为3%对的过冷度明显减小,结晶能力增强。

Abstract:The composites of PET/nano-TiO2 are prepared by putting the modified nanometer TiO2 into the monomer EG and dispersed by ultrasonic wave for 30 min, then mixed with TPA in the autoclave adopting polycondensation after esterification technology. PET and PET/nano-TiO2 are analyzed by intrinsic viscosity, IR, SEM and DSC. The results show that there is no new chemical bond after adding TiO2 into the PET matrix, and the main interaction between nanometer TiO2 and PET is physical reaction. And the intrinsic viscosity and relative viscosity is simultaneously increased. The dispersancy can be improved obviously when nanometer TiO2 and PEG are added in EG. Nanometer TiO2 plays a role of the heterogeneous nucleation in the PET. The under-cooling degree is dramatically decreased and degree of crystallization is increased when the content of TiO2 is 3 % in PET/nano-TiO2 composite.
