聚乳酸纤维打浆及抄造性能的研究

摘    要:对聚乳酸纤维(PLA)的打浆及抄造性能进行了研究。结果表明:随着打浆时间的增加,PLA浆料的打浆度变化不大,打浆12h后其打浆度为11°SR;纤维的结晶度基本没有变化;打浆处理后纤维的长度变短,粗度略有增加,纤维弯曲变形,表面粗糙不平,但没有明显的分丝帚化现象;打浆处理能够提高纤维的亲水性能;采用木浆与PLA配抄,随着聚乳酸纤维配比的增加,浆料的滤水性能得到改善,成纸的抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐折度都逐渐减小,而透气度逐渐增大。

Abstract:The beating and papermaking performance of PLA fiber were studied. The results indicate that the beating degree and the crystalline degree do not change obviously as time increases,with the beating degree up to 11°SR after 12 hours. After beating,the fibers become shorter,wider,curved and coarse,but have no obvious fibrillation. Beating can improve the hydrophilicity of PLA fiber. With the percentage of PLA fiber increasing,the water drainability improves,the tensile index,tear index and folding endurance decrease,permeability increases when papermaking of PLA fibers is used with wood fiber.
