议"舒适、安全、卫生、健康的居住环境"

住得舒适的居住环境，是指以居住生活为中心的生活环境中有形或无形的外部条件，一般涉及气候、声光、空气和水等自然条件和各种人为条件。也就是说，它是由周围条件、用地条件、公共设施条件和自然条件等四个基本要素所构成的生活环境，是指在满足住宅建设基本要素的基础上，坚持以人为本和可持续发展的理念，保障居住者生理、心理和社会等多层次的需求，完善和提高住宅质量与生活质量，营造出舒适、安全、卫生、健康的居住环境。本文结合“九州“眙景苑”工程，对上述问题进行了初浅的诠释。

Discussion on Comfortable, Secure, Hygienic and Healthy Living Surroundings

Comfortable living surroundings mean both physically and virtually living-centred outside conditions, including such natural and man-made ones as climate, sound and light, air, water and so on, which are made up of four basic factors: surrounding conditions, land conditions, public facilities and natural conditions. Also, comfortable living surroundings, based on the major factor of satisfying residential construction, represent the people-oriented and sustainable ideology, guarantee residents' varied requirements physiologically, emotionally and socially, promote and better both residential and living qualities, and create comfortable, secure, hygienic and healthy residential surroundings.
