简易高压电缆除冰设备的研制

在分析了国内外高压输电线路除冰方法研究现状的基础上,提出了一种新型的简易高压输电线路除冰设备,并设计研制了样机。该设备为上、下分箱式结构,并采用了可伸缩的传动轴、"上下包夹式"行动轮组等机构,可以实现可靠的悬挂在电缆上并稳步行进,同时在设备行进时,利用高速旋转的轮式滚刀完成清除电缆上的覆冰工作。经初步试验测试,该设备具有结构简单、体积较小、操作方便等特点,为研制电缆除冰设备提供了一种新的思路,具有一定的应用价值。
