黄河龙口水利枢纽工程混凝土表面缺陷修复研究

摘    要:水工建筑物中多以水泥混凝土作为主要建筑材料,而混凝土表面的缺陷是普遍存在的问题。结合龙口水利枢纽工程混凝土在建设过程中出现的缺陷,研究混凝土表面缺陷修补时所用材料和修补方式。该工程在修补时先对不同部位的缺陷进行分区,对过流区的缺陷处理要满足平整度和耐久性要求,选择环氧砂浆、预缩砂浆、环氧胶泥作为填充材料,而非过流区则可采取简易处理方法。在同类工程中具有借鉴价值。

Abstract:Hydraulic structures mostly use concrete as a main building material,and concrete surface defects are common problems.Combining with the defects appeared in the concrete engineering of Longkou hydro-junction project,the materials and methods for repair of concrete surface are studied.Firstly,the defect zones are divided before repairing.The epoxy mortar,shrinking mortar and epoxy grout are used as the filling materials,in order to make the flow zone smooth and durable,and the simple methods are used in the ...
