氧化锌压敏电阻器工频过电压耐受性能与限制电压关系的研究

摘    要:对氧化锌压敏电阻器的限制电压和工频过电压耐受时间的试验测试,结果表明,相同型号的氧化锌压敏电阻器,其限制电压越高,则耐受工频过电压的时间越长。所以在限制电压满足要求的情况下,适当提高限制电压,可提高氧化锌压敏电阻器的工频耐受性能。同时为工频线路中合理选用氧化锌压敏电阻器提供一定的参考。

Abstract:The ZnO varistor is tested for the performance of the clamping voltage and power frequency over-voltage withstanding time. After analyzing and discussing,it is considered that,for ZnO varistors with same modle number the higher the clamping voltage is,the longer the power frequency over-voltage withstanding time will be. Therefore,appropriate enhancement of suppressed voltage of ZnO varistor beneath permissible value may increases its power frequency withstand performance and meanwhile serves guidances for proper appliction of ZnO varistors in power system.
