摘    要:本文描述了用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪分析生物样品中超痕量稀土元素的方法 ,采用优良的测试方法和合适的样品处理程序 ,对毛发、血清、血液和组织样品的稀土成份分析能够获得高的准确度和精密度 ,检测限达到 7~ 2 6 pg/m L。 GBW 0 91 0 1品稀土元素的回收率为 95~ 1 0 5% ,相对标准偏差为 2 .6~ 4.2 %。

Abstract:A Method is presented for ultra-trace rare earth elements analysis in biological samples using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. By using well-tested method and appropriate sample preparation procedures,hair,serum,blood and tissues samples can be analyzed with good accuracy and precision. The detection limits are in the order of 7 to 26 pg/mL. The recovery for spiking GBW 09101 hair sample is 95% to 105%, relative standard deviation (RSD) is 2.6% to 4.2%.
