核压力管道临界裂纹长度的概率计算方法

摘    要:在先漏后爆(LBB)应用于核应力管道缺陷评定的前提下,考虑核管道承受载荷、材料流变应力和缺陷尺寸等参数的不确定性以及可能的核管道潜在失效模式,建立了含穿透裂纹核大无畏管道爆破概率的计算方法,进而得到在一定爆破概率下的临界裂纹长度。

Abstract:Under the condition that leak before break(LBB) theory is applied into the assessment of nuclear pressure piping containing defects,the uncertainty of main random variables (such as load,flow stress and defect sizes)and possible failure modes are considered,and then the method of computing break probability of nuclear pressure piping is setup,in the end,the critical crack length under a certain breaking probability is got.
