The Problems on the Performance Capacity Index for Withstand Breakdown Device

This paper expounds specially capacity index problems of AC with stand breakdown device according to main factors of affecting insulated material breakdown.When the capacity of the withstanding breakdown device is determined,not only consider equivalent capacitance value of sample pieces to be tested between the two poles,but also estimate the sample pieees to cause maximum breakdown current value during the breakdown.For some insulated material or sample piece,the capacity to select rational the breakdown device is important for correct test.
