基于AHP和CCGP的装备购置费分配优化模型

科学、合理分配装备购置费,对加强新时期装备建设和提高军事经济效益具有重要的现实意义;在分析了传统的经费分配方法后,采用随机规划中的机会原则,引入了解决不确定因素影响的机会约束目标规划(chance constrainedgoalpro gramming,CCGP)模型,结合层次分析法(AHP),建立了一种基于AHP和CCGP的装备购置费分配优化模型;给出了实例。计算实例表明:应用此模型得出的经费分配方案更为实用、可靠。

An Optimization Model of the Allotment of Naval Equipment Purchase Expenditure Based on AHP and CCGP

It has great significant to attribute the equipment purchase expenditure scientifically and reasonably, to strengthen the construction of equipment in the new period and to improve the military economic benefit. After analysis of traditional method of expenditure attribution, the paper uses the chance principle in the certain mathematic programming and introduces the model of chance-constrained goal programming (CCGP) to resolve the influence of the indefinite factors. A new method of establishing the optimization model of the allotment of equipment purchase expenditure based on AHP and chance-constrained goal programming is set up. In the end, an example is demonstrated, It shows that it is very practical and reliable to use the expenditure attribution program.
