摘    要:A333Gr.3(3.5%Ni)管材焊接的主要问题是如何保证接头有足够的韧性。焊后热处理可以较好地改善焊接接头的韧性,但存在耗能大、工时长等问题。采用焊缝表面TIG重熔方式代替焊后热处理的工艺试验表明,虽然对焊缝韧性的改善效果比焊后热处理差一些,但与焊态相比已有了较大改善,并可满足母材使用要求。

Abstract:The main problem for welding 333Gr. 3(3. 5% Ni)pipe material is how to ensure the toughness on weld seams. The toughness may be well improved by postheat treatment which is large in energy consumption and long in working period. It is shown by technological tests that, by repeatively fusing the surface of weld seams using TIG in place of optheat treatment, the welding posture is greatly improved and the requirements on the application of base material are met, althuogh the improving effects in toughness of the weld seams are not so gnd comparing with by postheat treatment.
