| 摘 要： | 研究了非同向声光可调谐滤光器的成像分辨率和影响成像分辨率的因素。计算了ＴｅＯ２非同向声光可调谐滤光器的衍射角展宽ΔＱｄ与带通Δλ的关系。所得结果有助于非同向成像用的声光可调谐滤光器的设计。

| Abstract: | The theory of imaging resolution for non-collinear acoustooptic tunable filter (AOTF) and the factors related to imaging resolution were studied.The relation between the diffracted beam spread and the bandpass for TAO2AOTF were calculated.The results obtained will be useful for the design of imaging non-collinear AOTF. |
