火电厂实时系统数据通道的设计与实现

摘    要:结合某火电厂生产实时系统的改造工程项目,以该厂实时系统中的某机组部分和全厂远动SCADA部分为例,介绍了实时系统的核心部分--数据通道的设计与实现。以实时信息系统数据通道中的数据采集、传送、处理与存储、用户与数据库的交互等为主要研究对象。在管理信息系统(MIS)与生产自动化系统的网络数据通信方面采用基于TCP/IP的Socket网络通信方式;在MIS网上的信息发布与接收架构方面采用Web浏览器/Web服务器/数据库(DB)服务器3层结构(即B/S结构),并采用新颖的ActiveX组件应用与ASP应用相结合的Web应用方式加以实现。实践表明,该实时系统具有良好的适应性、兼容性、灵活性、可靠性和安全性,该实现方案是成功的和值得推荐的。

Abstract:With the rebuilding projectin the RT- MIS for a power plant,taking a unit part and the SCADA partof the system as an example,the designing and implement of the data channels in RT- MIS is put forward. The data stream in the system data channels including data transfer,data processing,data store and data interaction with users is the core objects to study. The TCP/ IP based socket network com munication method is used on the data com munication between MIS and the autom ation systems.And the Web Browser/ Web Server/ Database Server structure B/ S structure with the web application frame including Active X components and ASP applications method is applied on the Internet information exchanging structure in the MIS network.The application of the project shows that the system has good adaptability, com patibility,flexibility,reliability and security,and the project is successful and recommendable.
