摘    要:研究电渣熔铸过程中渣皮的形成机理.通过电渣重熔钢锭渣皮逐层物化检测,提出在钢锭凝固过程中,在其上周缘存在"环形小熔池","小熔池"的形状和稳定性影响钢锭渣皮厚度和表面品质.采用过冷度大、熔点低的渣比过冷度小、熔点高的渣更易保证表面品质.

Abstract:The forming mechanism of slag skin was studied during electroslag casting. The results of chemical (analysis), petrographic analysis of several sublayers of the slag skin showed that the "ring shaped miniature slag pool" was formed around the upper edge of the solidified ingot during the ESR process in ingot retracting. The shape and stability of the "miniature slag pool" affected the thickness of slag skin and the ESR ingot surface quality. It was also thought that the better superficial quality of steel ingot would be obtained in the slag, which was high under-cooling degree and low smelting point, was used.
