火电厂锅炉蒸汽温度控制方案的探讨

摘    要:以员村热电有限公司2号锅炉为例, 探讨如何利用分段函数与串级PID相结合的方式来控制锅炉蒸汽温度的问题,从而有效预防锅炉主蒸汽温度超温和高温过热器局部超温现象的发生,最终达到机组安全经济运行的目的.

Abstract:Taking Unit 2 boiler in Yuancun Cogeneration Power Co. , Ltd. as an example, this paper discusses on how to control boiler steam temperature by integrating piecewise function and cascade PID, so as to effectively prevent overtemperature of boiler main steam and local overtemperature of high-temperature superheater and ultimately realize safe and economic operation of units.
