摘    要:介绍了采用特殊原、燃料条件下水泥生产过程中耐火材料、钢材易发生的几种腐蚀类型;分析了碱、氯、硫等主要腐蚀源对材料的腐蚀原理及过程。列举了YDTN回转窑筒体和沙特SCC烟囱腐蚀的实际案例,分析了其腐蚀的原因,提出了应对腐蚀的一些管理经验和技术措施。对于利用水泥生产系统处置各类废弃物的企业,应该关注碱、氯、硫等干扰元素对烧成系统设备结构和耐火衬料的腐蚀问题。

Abstract:Several corrosion types that occur frequently in refractory and steel in cement production process under condition of using special raw material and fuel were introduced, and the corrosion mechanism and process of the main corrosion element of alkali, chlo- rine and sulphur was analysed. Taking the rotary kiln shell of YDTN and the chimney of Saudi Arabia SCC for example, the paper analysed the corrosion causes and put forward some management experiences and technology measurements. Finally, for the enterprises that dispose all kinds of waste by cement production system, it should be focused on that the interferential elements like alkali, chlorine and sulphur can bring errosion problems in the firing system.
