| 摘 要： | 由三个与非门和电阻R、电容C元件可以构成环形多谐振荡器。振荡器的输出波形不是一个完整的矩形波,而是一个波的前沿较缓,波顶的后半部分有一向下倾斜段。文章指出,波形的这种畸变是因为与非门Ⅲ电压传输特性存在一线性放大区造成的,对此并做了一定的计算,指出了改善波形的措施。

| Abstract: | Three NAND gates, resistor R and capacitor C may form a loop multib- rator. The output of the multivibrator is not a complete square waveform. It is a pulse with a tilting down segment in the top of the second harlf-period. Its front edge is a bit gentle slope in this paper. It pointed out that the waveform distortion is caused by a linear amplificative area in the voltage transmission characterstic in NAND gate Some calculation has been done. The way to improve the waveform is also indicated |
