连续油管冲洗解堵解卡技术在吐哈油田应用

摘    要:用连续油管替代常规油管进行冲洗作业,可充分发挥挠性油管能够连续起下和密封可靠的特点;但因管径较细,曲迂度很大,使摩阻增高,如循环介质粘度大,则形成进出口间压差较大。文中提出降低设备输出排量,缓减 C T 中的液流速度,降低摩阻,在 C T 冲洗方式上采用5 种冲洗方式,计算出施工中最低排量等。在现场进行冲砂解堵解卡应用中取得效果。

Abstract:For Particular geologicalproperties in east sichuan area,a series of troubles and accidents such as greater welldepth,well deviation,complicated wellbore instability,long-section lostcirculation,multi-pressure system,high formation abrasion and heterogeneity ofrocks,etc.have seriously affected ROP in this area.The paper analyses the causes of theseproblems,proposes application of hitting-target drilling technology using naturaldeflecting law,deviation-prevention rapid drilling technology and balanced drillingtechnology,etc.According to formation rock properties,a new and highly efficient bit typeis developed.Application of diamond bits with downhole power drilling tools is popularizedto improve the drilling speed in hard formations under high-densityconditions.Meanwhile,others technical strategies are analysed and studied.
