分散翠蓝S-GL复配增效的研究

摘    要:在分散翠蓝S—GL中加入分散翠蓝S—BBL使混合后的分散染料的强度和提升率有较大提高。当分散翠蓝S—BBL的加入量由5.60%升高到16.33%时,拼混染料的强度由123升高至224;染色提升率由4%提高至7%,对pH值稳定:混合染料在聚酯纤维上的各项牢度与分散翠蓝S—GL相当或略高。

Abstract:The dyeing properties of a mixture of Disperse Turquoise Blue S-GL (CI Disperse Blue 60) and Disperse Blue S-BBL (CI Disperse Blue 165) were studied. It was found that color strength and build-up were greatly improved by such a dye mixture. The color strength jumped from 123% to 224% and their build-up property improved from 4% to 7%, when the content of Disperse Blue S-BBL was increased from 5.60% to 16.33%. The dye mixture was pH stable and its fastnesses on polyester were the same or slightly higher than those of Disperse Turquoise Blue S-GL alone.
