摘    要:焦化厂富油脱苯工艺中,管式炉法较蒸汽法节能。本溪钢铁公司焦化厂产焦180万t/a的装置,其富油脱苯工艺由蒸汽法改为管式炉法后,每年可节煤7000t。

Abstract:In coking plants,more energy can be saved by tubular furnaceprocess than steam process in the benzene removal from rich oil section. TheCoking Plant of Benxl Steel and lron Co. produces 1.8 million tons of coke an-nually and the shift from steam process to tubular furnace one in the benzeneremoval from rich oil section of the plant has consequently saved as much as7000 tons of coal per year.
