高速钢刀具固体润滑涂层的试验研究

摘    要:借助M-2型摩擦磨损试验机考察了在试件表面涂敷由MoS2、石墨、Al2O3、Sb2O3复配而成的固体润滑涂层后的摩擦学性能,通过正交试验得到最佳配比为:MoS2:石墨:Al2O3:Sb2O3=7:4:2.5:4。将复合固体润滑涂层涂敷于高速钢车刀并进行切削试验,试验结果表明,复合固体润滑涂层可以改善刀具切削过程中的润滑条件,大大提高刀具切削性能。

Abstract:Survey the tribology performance of the coat which compound with MoS2、graphite、Al2O3、Sb2O3 with M-2 friction wear testing machine. The parameter MoS2:graphite:Al2O3:Sb2O3=7:4:2.5:4 when the tribology performance of solid lubricant coat is the best through orthogonal test. Furthermore, put the coating lathe bit into cutting test and discover that the coat could improve the lubricating condition. It can improve the cutting performance of the lathe bit greatly.
