| 摘 要： | 介绍了Siemens公司逻辑加密IC卡芯片SLE4428的基本组成、操作指令、时序以及与单片机的接口电路。该IC卡接口电路中加入了短路保护设计，可以防止插入非法卡而损坏其它元件。
