燕化公司职称改革工作的现状与对策

Status and Countermeasures of Professional Titles Reformation in Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation

The evaluation and employment management of professional technology titles is the important content of cadre personnel working, is the main measure to stimulate the professional technicians' enthusiasm and promote personnel to grow up. The weak points existed in the current professional evaluation and employment are analyzed from the angle of the history developing process of professional titles reformation and the present situation of professional evaluation and employment in Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation. In accordance with social developing tendency and the reality in the enterprise, some countermeasures are put forward.
